Jonathan Blain went beyond the expected service. When he saw that I was a retired Service Member he sought out ways to improve our stay and then some. He even provided us with a breakfast coupon. Jonathan sets the bar for others to achieve. Bravo Zulu to this gentlemen.

Blocked off parking, toilet was clogged, rooms were hot

Quiet clean rooms and helpful staff

Very impressive, the room was cleaned, and the room was also well maintained. All staff including house keeping was nice and helpful , breakfast are varieties.

Hotel was great for our family, however there were some issues with noise in the hallways late at night and a person who seemed to be lost trying to get into a room with the wrong card. Security/more security patrolling the halls at night might help guests feel safer and get a better sleep. 😊

Actual breakfast was definitely nice to have, and while staff were pleasant, I had to complain about noise on 2 of the 4 nights I was there, with one being a disturbance our neighbor threatened to call police for, and felt pretty brushed off when I mentioned it. Then on last day they sent me a text to check out online which I did, setting my checkout time for 11 am, so I was definitely not impressed to have housekeeping try to let themselves in just before 10 while I was fully undressed, where I actually had to bolt and close the door in their face. Then had front desk call me saying they thought there was something wrong with my door and thought I was locked in? So they clearly either don't even check these things they send out asking you to check out that way or they are terrible at communicating with other staff, but regardless it definitely wasn't the best experience.
