The staff was lovely and we really appreciated the complimentary luggage holding, beach towels and chairs. We were able to hear our neighbors- thin walls & gaps on the doors contributed to this - but nothing unexpected since it’s in a busy area of south beach. We were a bit disappointed that the pool hours on the handout were not accurate. Overall a good stay in a clean safe hotel.

The jet tub did not work and I had to wait in line after my kiosk check in because the young lady with the iPad was not the least bit helpful. My room was clean and quiet.
