Muy amable el recepcionista. El transporte al aereopuerto muy puntual.

Excellent for a brief stay, we needed 1 night in Madrid and this was perfect, VERY central and nice and clean and quiet. The lady that showed us round was absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful.

This hotel is beautiful! It is right in the middle of where you want to be. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I had a loft room which was amazing with a private Terrace. There was a Dyson hair dryer and a straightener provided in the room. A The breakfast buffet was delicious. Made to order eggs and an array of other items. I have already recommended this hotel to friends that will be passing through Madrid. It is definitely my new goal to stay when in town. Thanks for a beautiful experience!

I forgot my neck travel pillow after I checked out of my room. When I remembered that I left it, I told the front desk about my situation. They attempted to go back to my room to see if I left it. I was told nothing was there and they would check in the lost and found and ask housekeeping. The front desk said nothing was there, and as well as housekeeping said they didn’t find anything. Which I know I left in the room. I had no use of my neck pillow while on vacation and I also left a traveling blanket in the room on purpose because it didn’t fit in my suitcase. I was also told that nothing was there. I know housekeeping took my pillow and blanket. Not helpful at all.

Great location close to everything

The only reason we did not give a 5 star review was the terrible terrible airport van pickup. I emailed in advance often trying to understand when and when it would come. They finally told me but we ended up waiting almost 1.5hrs for what was supposed to be a 45” max wait. As we waited and waited we called the hotel only to be told we aren’t in the right place (but we were) and were given 3 different locations and pickup times!!!!! Never ever had such a bad hotel pickup experience in 50yrsof worldwide travel!!!!

Although small, the hostal was clean and in a very accessible place. We walk most to where we needed to go- Plaza Del Sol, Plaza Mayor, El Retiro etc.

Son muy amables y hasta toman tu equipaje antes de tu check in para que puedas ir a ver la ciudad un rato antes de descansar. Los cuartos estaban muy limpios y el precio bastante accesible, sin duda uno de los mejores lugares para quedarte en Gran Vía. Olvidamos unos lentes y ellos hicieron todo lo posible por entregárnoslos. De regresar a la zona me volvería a quedar con ellos.
