Great location. The only problem we had was trying to locate the hotel after parking below.

The Sebel Viaduct team really made my special birthday stay wonderful! They went out of their way to ensure it was a wonderful trip and that my room was perfect. We love staying at the Sebel Auckland Viaduct and will be back again definitely! The room is wonderful with a kitchenette and laundry facilities making a break cost effective and convenient. This upgrade was well worth it in terms of the views, space and break out areas. This really is a wonderfully designed facility.

I've stayed at Alexander Inn twice a year for the last decade. Everything is provided to a very high standard.

Our stay was good but the heat pump was not fixed until we finished our 11days of stay. Otherwise, the stay was 4 star.
