Distinction Te Anau Hotel And Villas
Lots of room and spacious. Check in team was wonderful. We had someone come to the room twice with room service and it was the wrong room. One time the door was cracked and he knocked and still started to come in!

The Kingsgate in Te Anau is conveniently located within reasonable walking distance of downtown. However, there is NO ELEVATOR (we were on 2nd floor!) and NO AIR CONDITIONING!! It is a nice caravan site. It is nicely centrally located in Te Anau, making it easy to walk anywhere you need. Would recommend if staying overnight in the area, it does the job.
