No running water or toilet in the room; had to walk 1/2 block to the building housing the toilets & showers. As well, room had a way to boilet water but no coffee or tea was provided. Entry into the grounds was difficult after hours (what defines "after hours" unless you had a phone; i did but was having problems dialling long distance. Luckily i came across another customer of whom i could use his phone to contact the owner/operator to find out how to get my key etc

Great place to stay. Price was reasonable. Bathrooms/showers are kept really clean. Property is well kept & has a beautiful view in a good location. Staff member I dealt with was friendly & helped me with a few things on different occasions. Laundry on site was a bonus! Would definitely stay here again.

Fully equipped and spacious accommodation. However no daily service which I didn’t mind. Location is less than 5 minute drive to main Te Anau town where the shops and restaurants are.

This property was very clean and well kept. The check-in process was easy and quick and the room was ready. There were just two things that were missing. The heater/ac was not working properly in the room. There were no instructions and it was confusing to figure out the remote. The second thing is that there was no knife available. The room only had butter knives and then the kitchen did not have any cutlery either. It would have been nice to cut my carrots with something sharper than a butter knife!

Well kept grounds & very safety conscious. Beautiful views but couldn’t see them from our unit. Well kept bathroom, but a fair way from units and kitchen really not well positioned for all of the units- also car parking narrow with concrete strips in between- quite restrictive. Quiet, but a fair way from town

This is a cross between a hostile and a campground for us. Single room cabin with a hot pot for tea/coffee and a set of dishes to use during our stay. Toilets & showers in a separate building 100 m from our cabin. Shared kitchen even further away. Plenty of fridge space in common fridge. No surprise, but folks don't leave things in clean conditions, so had to clean before and after using the kitchen. Price was right for the level of comforts and we were grateful to have a place to stay since we were booking so soon to the start of our trip.
