Very Good

The room was comfortable and we had a good night's stay. Altho it is located just across the street from Lake Te Anu the view from our room (& all others?) was of a parking lot, not the lake. Lake views were nice in the restaurant, but breakfast was an additional cost. Staff were flexible in letting us ck out an hour late.
The hotel is dated but has been well maintained. Bathrooms are small. Breakfast buffet was good, and staff were amazing. Front desk staff were friendly.
Found Staff and Management excellent to deal with Hotel very axcessable to us older people thank you for our enjoyable two days regards May and Brian Hopewell

The property is okay for 1 or 2 nights, parking can be an issue. The room was okay, nothing special but acceptable.
This hotel is right on the front beach strip at the lake. We had a peak of the lake and hills out our window over the roof next door. The staff is lovely and the area is remarkably beautiful! Thanks, Kingsgate!
Poor amenities, very bad compared to other properties in Te Anau. Avoid them. Very old and dated rooms, no parking available. Lots of tour companies do block bookings here. No ventilation in rooms. Bathroom much smaller than it appears in photos.
