Great, welcoming staff. TV didn’t work. Not all electrical outlets worked. Some recent renovations were apparent, but it needs some TLC. Our room had a queen bed that sagged in the middle. When we let go of the edges, we collided in the middle—slightly amusing, but unexpected. The stay wasn’t too costly and sometimes you can book for less. it’s minimally passable. For just a bed and shower, I might book again—maybe.

Staff made a mistake with our room and we had to switch after checking in. The room we were moved to hadn't been updated in at least a couple of decades and the beds were ridiculously uncomfortable. My wife and I spent the night rolling into each other due to the massive sag in the middle of the mattress. We cancelled a follow up stay for our return trip 2 weeks later.

Breakfast service was not very organized The music in the dining room was to loud for such a small space

The best value for the price! The rooms were large and inviting and the beds were very comfortable, The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is overlooking the water and near the boardwalk and shops. The restaurant was excellent. This was the best hotel that we have stayed in on our travels. We highly recommend it.
