Clean and great location, right next to West Bahnhof. Color choices in rooms perhaps a little questionable and extra-bright mirrored elevators a bit over the top, But great experience overall!

Centrally located with a neighborhood feel. Beautiful historic hotel with newly renovated rooms and great AC. The staff is top notch. Beds are comfortable, rooms are quiet. The best hotel in Vienna!

This was an excellent place to stay. We got a full-size apartment with kitchen, full bathroom, queen size bed, living room area, and a large open space. Very comfortable. Very quiet. Good elevator. Safe in room and front desk offers safe. Honored special requests. Very nice front desk people. We’re very pleased. Also, this is within walking distance of lots of interesting parts of the Inner Stadt.

Outstanding hotel in a great location.

Beautiful hotel in a most convenient location for seeing the sights in Vienna. We stayed there for a week. The staff was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was beautifully decorated, spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—we slept so well every night. The breakfast was truly outstanding. There was a fantastic selection of fresh, delicious food, and I especially loved the beautiful presentation. It felt like every detail had been thoughtfully planned. The hotel's décor was another highlight. It has such a warm, stylish, and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home while still feeling special. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Henriette Hotel to anyone visiting Vienna!
