Great Location as you are opposite the Main train station in Vienna, 15 minutes by train from Airport or 20 minutes by cab, the rooms were clean and modern breakfast 18 euros per person, so we decided to have breakfast in the station area. Matress was saggy in the middle. No shuttle service but wheelchair assistance staff came to the hotel to bring the person all the way to the gate.

Air conditioning was bit off. Lowering the temperature had no effect. Slept with the window open for cooler air. Unfortunately that let it the street noise as the the window was facing the street and we were on the 3rd floor

The room and bathroom were excellent, spacious and clean. The attention to the room was less good: the safe did not work and needed to be fixed, the temperature control likewise, the conditioner and coffee both ran out and were not replaced, the room was not serviced on one occasion until 4.30.
