Room was never serviced over two night stay, and staff seemed indifferent when I mentioned it at checkout. Some room furniture well worn and ratty. Indoor pool closed. Overflowing outdoor trash never emptied. Breakfast was cold items only. Seemed sanitary, but certainty underwhelming for price.

Osage Casino Hotel - Ponca City
Cigarette smoke from the casino filtered into our bedroom. This was the worst sleep I've had on the mattress, it was very hard. Terrible breakfast with only oatmeal, cereal, muffins, bagels, and pre-packaged waffels. No eggs, sausage or bacon.

The breakfast was ho hum at best. The work crews who stay there partied in the parking lot till 11:30 on a Sunday night. Look like people lived there. The pool was green so kids couldn’t and didn’t want to swim in it. Couple of the pillow cases were stained. Look like shoe prints on the sheets on one bed. Some grimy hand prints on walls and the bathroom door. Never again.
