Our stay at Andari Hoteles was absolutely wonderful. From check-in to check-out, the service was exceptional Lucy and Sonia were friendly, attentive, and professional. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, promptly addressing every request with genuine care. They even surprised my mom with a blue berry tart for her birthday! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the entire property had a warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff’s hospitality truly made the stay special. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!★★★★★

It is well located, nice property. Only negative was heating not working well. Personnel were helpful to find solutions .

Very nice experience. Super friendly staff. Breakfast was good. The only downside is that it's downhill from most of the attractions. Still very close and walkable.

This was a great hotel. Near the plaza but without all crowds. Breakfast was ready each morning at 6sm with many options. The front desk staff was always helpful and courteous

Lovely small hotel at a perfect location. Just a few minutes away from the main square. Walkable area with lots of restaurants around. I always felt safe. Breakfast was nice too. Beautiful view from the rooftop of the volcanoes. Would definitely stay here again.
