Parking was very easily accessible

Very disappointing experience due to noise and valet parking. The rooms are extremely noisy with very poor soundproofing. I could hear noise from the hallway, the street, and the next room, making it almost impossible to sleep. The heating unit itself was also very loud. The room design made things even worse. Because of the location of the heating unit, the curtains could not be fully closed, so bright sunlight poured into the room early in the morning. After the first sleepless night, I complained and asked to change rooms. Surprisingly, I was moved to a room even closer to the street. I assumed there must be some reason the new room would be better, but unfortunately, the second night was just as bad. The valet parking was also extremely frustrating. The QR system said the car would be ready in 15 minutes, but after waiting 30 minutes, I asked the staff and found out they were only then going to get my car. The next time, the app didn’t work, so I requested the car through the concierge. After waiting another 25 minutes, I asked again, only to find out they had once again just started retrieving the car. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone sensitive to noise, and I strongly recommend not bringing a car.
