The restaurant staff were completely understaffed. Breakfast wait time was long with longer pauses between table visits. The floor coverage was too great for the available servers who had to serve a multi-level lounge, a dining room, and a busy patio. As a result, my breakfast order was completely botched to the point I had to ask in case they had given me someone else’s order. The waitress was apologetic and eventually brought some of my order, the toast never made it to the table.

Great spacious room, gym is 24 hours and has free water bottles. And the airport shuttle was super helpful as well. Overall great stay!

Such an amazing experience.

I was very happy with my stay. For me, it's the small details that matter. Cleanliness is #1 and everything in my room and in the hotel was clean. Outside of the room being a bit dated, I was pleased with my room. I can't wait to see the renovated rooms when that happens. The one thing that was irritating was not being able to access someone at reception several times. Several times they were not at the desk and there is NO WAY to contact them. I shouldn't have to go back to my room to phone them. This needs to improve. The lounge was a hit or miss. One of the guests was almost screaming one afternoon and NONSTOP. I had to ask her to talk softer and everyone else gave me a smile because I did that. Someone from the hotel should have done this. We are there to relax and we can't do this if someone is being inconsiderate. They don't even verify who's coming in. Dress code should be managed better as well. The food service was good except one morning when we all had to wait for things. No bowls, no bacon, no milk in the coffee machine. No one was removing the dirty dishes from the table. I waited 35 minutes before one dish was removed. Sorry but this is unacceptable.

it was perfect

The overall stay was short. Parking was not easy at times. On checkout we had to load our bags (about 13 bags) at an alternate location from the entrance because a semi-truck was unloading blocking the entrance. It was also raining during this time. Several guests expressed their frustrations. Also, for a 'resort' the bathroom tiles were not clean and had mold.
