Excelente ubicación, instalaciones en buen estado, me gustó mucho el jacuzzi y la piscina climatizada, el sendero, la cascada, el área para fogata, el restaurante, no me gustó que no hubiera opcion para desayuno a la carta el domingo, unicamente buffet, a veces no todos los comensales tienen tanto apetito seria bueno dieran la opción a elegir, no hay cafetera disponible en la habitación, aunque se puede pedir el servicio de café a la habitación con costo, la habitación es fría pero las cobijas adicionales son muy calientitas, además se puede solicitar encender la chimenea de alcohol o utilizar el calentador eléctrico disponible en la habitación, el personal atento y amable, en general todo muy bien, 100% recomendable, buen lugar para disfrutar, descansar y estar en contacto con la naturaleza.

My room which is on the rooftop smells like sewer the whole stay. I'm not sure where the smell came from but it got so strong in the middle of the night to a point that it woke me up. Also the 'large double' bed is too small for two adults it's basically a full sized bed so it's inaccurate description. Location is good though and I like the outdoor seating on the balcony as well as the access to laundry.

Check time starts at 3:00, if you arrive early, you will not get room, I requested my room at 3:24 pm and they did not have room ready. Then they have the room ready however they did not notify me, even that I was in the lobby, I asked at 3:40 pm and they yes you room is ready, asked why I did not get notified, if I was there waiting. Lack of customer service, front desk
