Very friendly staff

It was nice to return to this place 12 years later! We enjoyed spacious room with comfortable bed, lovely fireplace and the hot tub. The views from our private deck were exceptional!

Clean and convenient location

My wife and I really enjoyed the location and accessibility to the Rialto hotel. The lobby was clean ( classic old style building, hotel ), we were promptly checked in and explained the parking procedures. We were both very tired from our day and were very disappointed there was no restaurant or bar available that day, without explanation. When asked " where " we could go for drinks and more importantly, food, we were given a map explaining the area, a 15 minute walk, where could eat? ( not impressed ), We found our own area to dine, thank you. Still paying full price. Cute hotel/property, but for the price point and amenities offered ( did I mention the gym, two blocks away ? ). In the end, we walked around and found alternative places to stay the next time. Nice building, really helpful and sweet staff.

The staff was very proactive. Our room was upgraded to an ocean view at no extra charge. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was in walking distance to the wharf and public transportation.
