We got there checked in went to the restaurant they had there it was ok food kinda pricey. But after going to our room we found out that the phone in the room didn’t work so we had to keep calling the front desk from our cell phones for them to Connect us to room service. Also, the TV in the room kept going in and out it was fuzzy. You couldn’t hardly hear it. We reset it but it didn’t work. It was just a hassle altogether so we checked out of that room. Had to wait half a day to get into our other room for the Next night that we had for our stay. Overall, it was kind of a hassle won’t book there again and with all the hassle we had you would’ve thought they would’ve given us a discount but nope! also, people were slamming the doors to their rooms yelling in the hallways until 1:30 -2:00 am in the morning. It was a nightmare.

The on sight restaurant is by far the worst I have ever had the misfortune of wandering into. Not just 1 of our meals but all 4 of us! I was so disgusted. We paid over 100 dollars. Left and had to go get fast food. When I complained they ignored me. Never again will I put family up at this hotel. NEVER
