The apartment was clean and a short walk to Old Krakow. The Galleria was great to see families enjoying a nice summer night. The store was only a block away to pick up groceries and the coffee at the place below was very good. The receptionist in the office was friendly and very helpful.

Spectacular hotel in every way in the best location possible. They have every detail covered.

Everything about the White Lotus was terrific. Our room was beautiful. We just loved our little balcony. Even the special touches in our room made us feel welcome. We even found more cookies at the little shop on the corner. The staff communicated every detail perfectly for the check-in process. Oh! Don't forget Location Location Location!

Beautiful hotel that is in a perfect location. Would stay there again in a minute.

Great location! I wasn’t sure when we first got to the property but the room was clean and roomy. The only downside was lots of noise from the street. They provide ear plugs but . . .

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Perfect location. Super helpful staff who offered great service. Be sure to have a drink at the Sky Bar!

Brilliant experience, would only ever stay here if we return to Poland
