Location excellent. Staff pleasant, but did not find answers to queries on dietary requirements. Noisy rooms on street side. Air-conditioning poor - hot rooms. Did not have breakfast or dinner at hotel. Would return, but would require quiet room.

Great hotel on the main square of Krakow. Very clean and good food. We were very lucky to be given a free upgrade on arrival with a bottle of Prosecco and a bottle of red wine on our last night. Will definitely book again.

Holiday Inn Krakow City Centre by IHG
We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was a good size, comfortable beds & a great shower. We couldn't see much sky out of our window, which was a bit disappointing. However, it was great to have access to a water cooler on each floor. Would recommend.
