Stayed with my family here. The experience was amazing and the staff were kind. Hotel was in a really great area close to everything. We had an early day trip to another city and the staff was kind enough to pack a breakfast for each of us to take for the trip. Anastasia (staff member) was especially kind for doing this. Highly recommend it to everyone.

There seemed to be some sound proofing but the room ontop of mine was dragging furniture every night and yelling and waking me up. Bartender was rude. The thermostat in the room kept changing the air conditioning and it wouldn’t stay on the degree I set it so I was either freezing or waking up hot and having to reset it throughout the night. Breakfast was good. They gave me late checkout. I booked the hotel bc of the gym and the one multi use weight machine was not working bc the cables were out and the free weights they had were not versatile bc of their shape. I was disappointed. I stayed in Milan another night but booked a different hotel
