The scariest experience in a hotel.
We got at the hotel at around 8pm. Settled in the room, went tt the restaurant to have dinner, the 2 servers were very arrogant and not friendly at all, asking a question about the food was like they were bothered. We asked to be awakened at4 am. We were in a deep sleep, thee room lights went on, i jumped out of bed, a guy was inside the room apologizing that he had the wrong door it was 12:30 am. I called reception and I was told that they were going to investigates. At this point both my husband and I were to scared, we barricaded the door and couldn’t fall asleep. The worst experience we have ever had in a hotel. At 5 am when we went downstairs I talked the receptionist and couldn’t give me any information into what happened. I’m waiting for an answer. We always use BestWestern hotels I hope that they can honestly give me an explanation.

Comfortable and practical
Comfortable hotel with excellent service. Special mention for the shuttle bus to/from Linate airport. The room was fine, the bathroom a bit dated. Breakfast was tasty and the dinner restaurant provided a good service. I would stay there again.

Very nice hotel
This hotel is a short drive from Milan Linate airport. Shuttle service from the hotel is available with a quick phone call for pick up. There is a metro station at the airport and the shuttle will drop you there and pick you up. So a train into Milan Centro is easy for an afternoon excursion. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was quite good! Breakfast buffet is plentiful with fruit, pastry, cereal, eggs, cold cuts. Front desk staff is wonderful. Beds are comfy and shower stall is larger than most in Europe. Overall we had a great stay.

Very nice rooms but the air-conditioning had been turned off in October. They were kind enough to get us a fan. The shuttle was on time, the rooms and bathrooms were very nice and we very much enjoyed their restaurant.

Hotel is in a fantastic location. Right next to Linate airport with free shuttle service to airport. If you’re going to downtown Milan, I would suggest you take a taxi rather than the subway. There were 4 of us who took the taxi to and from the Duomo downtown and it only cost us 29 & 28€ each way and took less than 15 minutes! Best way to go! The breakfast and the dinner at the Pegasus restaurant in the hotel was nothing short of fabulous and priced well. All staff were extremely helpful and curtious especially when my Wife fell and hurt her hand. Would definitely stay here again and thanks for your concerns.

Its a great hotel if you are staying to be close to the airport. Very clean, safe and comfortable the only reason its not a 5 stars to me is that after sept they only have the heat on so you feel warm you have to sleep with no ac and open the windows and ask for a mini fan.

Airport hotel with excellent transfer service
An ideal hotel if you need to stay near LInate airport. The hotel's van pick up service was truly excellent. We never had to wait more than 3 minutes. They also will drop and pick up clients at the metro stop which was very useful. We liked being able to check in starting at 13:00. The room was on the small size but the bathroom was spacious.

Shuttle bus from Linate to the hotel was a godsend as it was late, raining and the taxi drivers are not happy to sit in a queue and then take you 5 minutes along the road to the hotel. To walk to under the rain would have been possible but unpleasant and complicated unless you know where you are going and are not tired. Free water dispenser at reception. Kettle with tea, coffee biscuits in room. Extra toiletries in bathroom. Hotel staff absolutely charming and helpful. Comfortable bed but the room was a bit cold.

Hotel is convenient near Metro and Linate Airport. The free shuttle service is a big plus just one call and they'll drop and collect at Metro station and the airport. Staff are friendly. Outdated look on the outside but the rooms are very nice and clean.

We had a good 3 night stay at this hotel. We liked that they have a shuttle from Linate airport and train station where they are very quick to drop off and pick up the residents. The train ride is about 15 minutes to Duomo and Milan central. The hotel is clean and well maintained, albeit limited room space. Meals are descent and the breakfast buffet is well worth it. Most of the staff provided us with excellent service.
