This is an older building in a great location. While the apartments are very roomy, we experienced plumbing problems in two apartments. They couldn’t fix the problem (no toilet flush) in the first one so we asked to be moved and luckily they had a free place. The people at the front desk are there from 8 am to 11 pm and did not seem to be well trained to help with the issues we encountered.

We stayed in a double room. The location was excellent, we could walk everywhere, saving so much time. The room was clean and larger than pictured. The shower was excellent and the bed was super comfortable. We would stay here again!

The property was very close to the metro station, and the room came equipped with all the amenities required, however both safes were unusable and the bedside lamp didn’t work and the property said they’d fix both the following morning and did not. There were laundry facilities onsite which was nice as they provided the soap as well, however the wall instructions for the washer were for a completely different machine. I would not stay again, but a big room, comfy bed, and if you need to eat in, they provided the essentials.

Two single beds put together is not a double bed Couldn’t find area to change towels. Lack of human interaction meant I couldn’t get coffee refills (human staff didn’t want to help me when I did see them) For the amount of money I spent, I didn’t think there was anything special to report from this experience Some clean towels and coffee and new bottles of water - really wouldn’t have hurt!

LOVE this apartment in Milan!!

What a fabulous apartment in a great location in Milan!! We had a king-sized bed and lots of space to spread out. We felt like royalty at this apartment and the staff was very helpful.

Place is very nice and comfortable for 5-6 people. Loved the treats in their fridge. They have free locker storage in the building that is very useful.shopping and restaurants are literally few steps away. i would love to come back and stay here again
