Beautiful oasis in the heart of Milan.

Fantastic property. Beautiful room, great service and very convenient to all of Milan in a great residential neighborhood. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Milan. It is part of the Relais and Chateau group of hotels. Always a good choice!

Absolutely incredible memories staying in the hotel. The staff is friendly , helping us with the health issue by calling the doctor and checking on us. We greatly appreciated this effort. I would highly recommend that hotel for everyone who wants to be in a walking distance from the main attractions and experience a lovely atmosphere of an interior design and friendly stuff members.

This was a wonderful properly! Something I never thought I’d have to add to a review was the fact that I was thrilled to find wash cloths in our bathroom. The other hotels we visited during our trip did NOT provide wash cloths. The beds were also great, and their staff was fantastic as well.

The worst experience

I booked this hotel primarily for its spa, as I was traveling with my daughter and wanted to treat her. However, from the moment we arrived late at night (around 11 PM), things started going downhill. The 1st room they gave us had a round bed—completely impractical for 2 adults and barely suitable for even one child. Adding to the discomfort, the welcome message on the desk was addressed to someone else, which didn’t exactly set a great tone. The 2nd room they offered was even worse: it had a shower in the middle of the room, fully encased in transparent glass. I couldn’t believe it—there was no privacy whatsoever! At this point, I started to understand what kind of hotel this was… The 3rd room was on the ground floor, right by the street. It smelled bad and was extremely noisy. At this point, I was exhausted but still unwilling to settle for such a poor experience. Finally, the 4th room seemed decent—spacious, with a jacuzzi ? and a coffee/tea station but no water, no tea cups, and no kettle. By then, we were too tired to argue any further and just went to bed. Breakfast was abundant and colorful, though I found the decor incredibly kitsch and outdated—it felt as if the designer had watched Alice in Wonderland under the influence of some serious synthetic drugs. But hey, taste is subjective! Later, my daughter and I visited the spa. She had booked a facial, but there were delays because the spa reception had no attendant.
