The hotel airport transfers operates on a set schedule and requires a reservation and for us an hour wait. 15+ minute walk to town and food. Found an amazing rake away pizza place in a neighborhood and brought back to hotel. Hotel clean and staff is helpful. Our room AC did not work. It was HOT all night. They tried to fix it. They did not offer any discount due to issue.

The receptionist Alessandro was not helpful. I asked for a higher floor and he completely ignored me. He gave me 1st floor room that was very basic room for people with disability although I didn’t have any disability. When I pressed he said there were no rooms on higher floors available and the place didn’t look full at all. It’s a not a 4 star hotel. You have to make a reservation for the shuttle and if you don’t have a local phone you won’t be able to call the hotel. Expedia didn’t explain that before I made the reservation. Their breakfast was good and the restaurant is nice. I think they don’t value people who make their reservations with third party like Expedia and etc. They have a tiny TV with no English channels like BBC, CNN or SKY tv

Front staff had an attitude. You would ask a question, and they were replied with an attitude. You do not feel welcome Love the place. Not walkable to stores. If you are driving, they have spacious parking space.

Airport shuttle should not be listed as amenity. Shuttle is small. Difficult to reach anyone to request pick up. More limited hours than advertised. Best option is to take local taxi. Uber was charging 60 euro. Not worth it to stay here without a reliable, sufficiently large and easily able to arrange for pickup.

In the middle of nowhere nothing around ! Train station is a good 20 minute walk on a road with no sidewalks, Uber ride to train station is at least 16 euros no restaurants close by no convenient stores , just the hotel ! Good for quick turnaround hotel close to airport with shuttle . Walls very thin you here everything in other rooms and corridors
