Perfect location 5min from the Duomo, clean room, convenient parking at the end of the street. Our room was very loud at night with cars, people and garbage trucks at 5am for about 30min. We did not sleep well.

Great time in Milan!

This is a very nice hotel. The staff who helped us checked in was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. It's just a walking distance from most of the major tourist attractions. It is surrounded with good restaurants and the shopping area is just near the hotel. We just walked everyday during our visit.

I had a great stay at Duomo Hotel & Apartments! The service was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Having an elevator was a big plus, especially when traveling with luggage. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the Duomo and other main attractions. The only minor inconvenience was the parking, which is located about three blocks away and four levels down in a garage, but it was manageable. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Milan with comfort and convenience.

Location! The location is easily walkable to the Galeria and the Duomo. The hotel room was nice and loved the complimentary wine and snacks. Loved that you could access your netflix account. Customer service was great at the front desk. The worst part of the room was the view from our window. Absolutely horrible. We actually decided to stay in Milan for two more nights but not willing to pay that much for that view. Changed hotels.

The property uses images that are not what the room looks like, which is dishonest. My room was outdated; however, the real problem was the noise. Construction outside my window from 10:30 pm until 6:30 am, I asked the front desk for earplugs, and they never brought any. They should have informed us at check-in and given a discount. Absolutely not recommending this hotel.
