A great find in Milan
Quick, efficient check in . Room very large with bedroom separated from living. Small kitchenette with essential kitchen ware. Complementary small bottle of wine and a few other little gifts. Very convenient to the Duomo and city centre.

While two guest families including ours are waiting for luggage pick up, the representative a gentleman with grey hair and is in suites keeps talking on the phone without responding the two guests standing right in front of him for more than 7mins. We had to speak to a cleaner who is wiping the floor to help. The staff service is not professional neither friendly. One of the bath towel is simply dirty with a long stripe of black mark. Safe does not work. Will not return and do not recommend.

Absolutely amazing! The hotel is in close proximity to everything - shops, restaurants, bars, and a pharmacy. Just around the corner (maybe two streets over) is the Milan Cathedral. The service was fantastic and hotel staff were fluent in English. Highly recommend! The restaurant next door is a hidden gem and offers great food and service, too.

Duomo Hotel and Apartments was a lovely place to stay in Milan. It was a convenient 5 minute walk to the Duomo, however was quiet and safe at the same time. Perfect location and would stay there again. Room was a decent size, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend this hotel! It was our first time in Milan and we were very happy with our stay. Central location and walking distance to everything. The rooms were well maintained and air conditioned. Unlike some reviews I read, the air-conditioning was not at all a concern. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. An ironing board and iron was available upon request and the fridge was fully stocked! We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out on our last day and were able to grab it right before we left the city.

Duomo hotel & apartments is in a very convenient location. It took less than 5 minutes to walk to the Duomo. The parking situation gave us the most headache. The message sent out by Expedia gave us 2 parking choices but the hotel insist on us only parking at Meda, which actually has bigger parking spaces and a much better parking garage.
