Great Choice in Milan
The staff were super friendly, polite, and helpful. They have a very welcoming attitude where they make you feel like home. The room is well sized. Everything was clean with no issues, except that the soap dispenser needs to be cleaned. Overall, a great choice in Milan. 12 minutes walking to the Duomo.

Unfortunately, my stay at Sonder Missori did not meet expectations. The property is way overpriced for what it offers. There’s no bell captain to help with luggage, and the reception is often unresponsive, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. While some staff members were very nice and helpful, others were quite rude, which affected the overall experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than one night if you can avoid it. It’s certainly not worth the high price, especially with the lack of basic hotel services.

The property didn't have aircon so very noisy. Couldn't sleep until i started using my sony ear buds for noise cancelation. The windows exposed us to the neighbors when opened. The windows had to be opened for ventilation. The elevator broke down two days before we left. The night desk person had no customer service. The bathroom shower stall is so tight i kept bumping the wall with my elbow. Hotel personnel blamed govt regulations for no aircon but hotel cavalleri had aircon. I'm never coming back to this hotel

The staff who helped us check in was very friendly and helpful. Location was great and neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. Grocery stores nearby with a cafe which serves great coffee and pastries. Only little thing was the cleaning staff forgot to replace used toilet roll but otherwise hotel was great!

Hotel? NOT a hotel!!
This was a 4 star hotel I booked and not a cheap one. After booking through my hotel.com app, Incas sent a mail by the hotel asking to register for access. When I declined they wrote that this is not a normal hotel and that there will be no reception and I would need an access code!! I was worried from Haag moment on. After I spent 1.5 hours keying in personal data and passport info for 2 people and credit card info (very odd that I had to do this) and the access code did not arrive, the hotel wrote that in fact I don’t need access code as the hotel has 24 hour reception. Well what a mess!! Then the maid did not clean the room mid day on the first day when we left to go out for lunch. When I told the reception in the evening, the receptionist promised to investigate and get back to us. She never did. In the way out to dinner I asked her again and then she told me that according to the maid, we had left the do not disturb sign on the door. This was a blatant lie as I had personally made sure this was NOT the case when we left the room. So all in all, a disastrous experience with a supposedly 4 star hohen which turned out to be an apartment hotel, a fact that was NOT advertised in the hotel.com app when we selected this hotel!!!

Short break in Milan
Stayed for a 3 night trip to Milan. The location is perfect, close to a Metro stop and short walk to Doumo and Navigli district. Bed was super comfortable and the room was so quiet. Good choice for breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Will always look for Sonder hotel
