We stayed here due to an early flight (6:50am) at Malpensa airport. It worked out perfectly. The shuttle (5 euros per person, it is 10 euros between midnight and 4am) was very convenient and prompt. Very good communication with the staff using What’s app and they are very helpful. We left very early so we did not have the breakfast that was included Will highly recommend this hotel if you have an early flight.

I arrived at the hotel after 2:00 am. The counter person asked for $15 for the shuttle pick up that was supposed to be feee as mentioned in hotel.com. The hotel looked like it was in bad condition last night. A lot of pillow was stacked up in the lobby and looked disorganized. The hotel looks old and dark, not appealing. And since they sled for money for the free shuttle, I felt unsafe to be there really late. The electrical plugs were old and difficult to figure out how to use. It made a loud noises when I change ge my phone. No coffee, I don’t remember they offer breakfast.

This is one of the best “last night/pre-flight” hotels we’ve stayed in. The facilities were great, clean, and offered all that was needed. We especially liked that while being just five minutes from the airport, the hotel is actually in a little town and we were able to walk about five minutes to a local restaurant/pizzeria for our last meal in Italy. Priced right, comfortable, clean room, great shuttle service, pleasant staff and good breakfast options. Flying out of MXP, this is the place!

No need for €5 shuttle if weather is good. 10 minute walk to free airport shuttle down the road. Very good free breakfast and English speaking customer service. Stayed here more than once, great value
