Overall my stay was very good. The security, service and breakfast is awesome. Their bell hop is very kind and helpful. I was also able to get a relaxing massage just two mins from my hotel. I felt very comfortable walking around. The only thing I had a little bit of trouble with was working the AC system.

Clean and convenient

One of the few hotels that is four stars infront of the central station. It is convenient, safe and clean. The breakfast is quite good. There are 3 buildings for the hotel on of them is in the other side of the street

This was our first night in Italy/Sicily on a 3-week trip. We had just landed in Milan from Seattle. They gave us a small, horrible room and when we tried to use the toilet/shower there was dirty water in the faucet. After some time there was no water. They took about an hour to fix this. Consequently, we missed our Michelin dinner reservation time. The staff were rude also. I suspect it may have to do with ethnicity/race so perhaps if you are white this may not be an issue. PS We had pre-booked (pre-paid) the hotel on our last night back to Seattle through an Expedia competitor but essentially had a similar experience. Horrible is too kind a word!
