Some staff very nice. Some front desk surly. Great location. Close to duomo. Breakfast very good. Nowhere to have a cold drink during the day til 430 but no one was working in there at that time. Seems understaffed.

The hotel is very well located a 5-minute walk from the Duomo. Other sites like Castello Sforzesco, Sant'Ambrogio, and the Pinacoteca Brera can be reached by metro from the Duomo, We had a spacious room with plenty of area for suitcases etc. It was amazingly quiet. The breakfast buffet is included in the room price and was plentiful and tasty; the only downside was that coffee was from a machine. The hotel restaurant was good as well. The staff were unfailingly helpful.

Absolutely great location, about a 4 minute walk to the Duomo and Metro station. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods as well as fruit and bread/pastry. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. No complaints.

Amazing situation for the duomo square which is a vibrant area as well as the amazing marble cathedral duomo. Only 5 mins walk from the hotel. Breakfast was good and also enjoyed the meals we had in the restaurant.
