I booked 2 rooms for 2 days via Expedia and the hotel charged an additional $200. They said the rooms were booked for only one person and or wives were not included. This was mostly for breakfast which we didn’t use or need as we left at 5 am before the restaurant even opened. Having known about the extra cost, we would have booked another hotel in Milan. Make sure you check your cost in Milan. We were in Italy 3 weeks and it didn’t happen anywhere else. I would not recommend this hotel based on the extra fees they charge.

My flight from USA was cancelled and the hotel didn't refund me or even respond to my message. I would have stayed here when I finally arrived, but I didn't out of spite. It wasn't my fault my flight was cancelled, yet they didn't even acknowledge my messages.

Nice hotel. My room quite small with single bed that was not too comfortable. WiFi worked well. Not enough plugs. Staff generally friendly though check in staff a little cold.

On the whole I was really pleased to stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly, the room was large and most importantly it was really clean. It was a little like stepping back in time, with wood panelling and coloured wall paper, but it had a certain charm. Unfortunately the bed itself was uncomfortable.
