It is a bit dated but i dint mind it- it is well kept and the staff was amazing. the location is 5 minute walk to the Duomo. I would def return.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel. More like an average motel in USA. It’s dark and super dated. Ugly green carpet, green old wallpaper, strange pieces of furniture, not particularly comfortable. Scratches, holes and rips in walls, tiles and furniture. Not working safe, tv with only few stations (2 in English) Small bathroom with black mold around the tub. The place needs a total renovation. Internet was working sporadically. Continental breakfast was served in the basement. Good coffee with decent food but not too many choices and even less for vegetarians. Front desk stuff was ok depending on the day. Some days not particularly friendly. The only positive thing was the location to the main attraction. I would not stay in this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone.
