The staff, except the bell staff, were helpful and attentive. The bottled water was gratis and breakfast was option-filled. The area is very walkable and pubblic transit is nearby.

Excellent hotel with retro vibes. Awesome breakfast. Staff were mostly good except a few who were a bit rude. Defnitely recommended. Excellent location.

Comfortable place, good breakfast
We had a great stay, but the friends traveling with us had some minor issues with Housekeeping. Great location (just blocks from the Duomo and subway stations), comfortable room, plenty of places to eat nearby, and the hotel breakfast was good, with plenty of variety.

Location was amazing. Room service and breakfast was great. They do need to replace the carpet and send pest control. I noticed little beetle bugs on my last night, they were on the edges of the walls. I would recommend to keep your luggage close at all times. I brought this issue to the front desk. And send a bellman to kill the bugs (he said is normal, that bugs come in from the windows) Not a good answer. Going in to the hallways of this hotel you go back to the 70's they really need to remodel
