Smallest shower possible. Toilet ran all night curtains in poor state due to widow angle. Bed cover older than me! Very noisy at night from other guests.

A good choice for an overnight layover between trains. I stayed in a single room, which was comfortable and clean, if small. It’s a short walk to the Centrale station, and a slightly longer walk or short tram ride to Porta Garibaldi. I would stay there again!

The breakfast is the most lousy thing in this restaurant, the room is small specially the bathroom is very small I don’t advise anyone to go here, specially because the prices are so high and the quality is so bad

Great service, reasonable cost!

This was a nice, clean, economical place to stay. The service at the front desk was excellent. Breakfast (included) was good. Comfortable beds, good (adjustable) water pressure in the shower. Very easy to walk to from the Milano Centrale train station.

Booked this for a pre-departure night because it was near the train station. Front desk staff was very nice. Some vending / beverage coolers in lobby. Hotel is run down (small holes in wall, paint chipped, no art, etc). Wasn’t much hot water when I showered at 9 am. Beds & bedding were cheap and really uncomfortable. Wasn’t super clean (didn’t look it, but that could be the age of everything — carpet, floor). Toilet handle was partially cracks and broken. It was functional, but expensive for what it was. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel has the policy to give them keys when we go out of property. We came at main entrance around 11.30 pm and kept calling and ringing the door for 30 mins and waited in - 1 degree. The towels don't smell fresh. Rooms are cold even after turning on heater. The rooms feel like they are haunted

I'd have given this hotel an excellent review but for the noise from a heat pump that clattered during the night. The noise seemed to reverberate around the courtyard that the hotel backed onto. It wasn't the hotel's fault and there probably wasn't much they could do about it but being noise sensitive, it wasn't great. In every other respect, the hotel was lovely. The staff were extremely helpful, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great.

The room is dark. Maybe coz of the dark carpeting and curtains. The closed trash can inside the bathroom doesn’t open you have to manually open it which is gross. The bath area drains very slow. Water would pool. The staff are nice though.
