The room was clean and bed comfortable. However, there was no place to store anything such as a drawer or counter space. Bathroom shower was awful, as very difficult to adjust shower or water temperature. No vanity or space to put to put toiletries. Could not set temperature in room and very small..

The rooms at this property are great - spacious and very comfortable beds. The bathrooms are set up so that they are great for sharing. Rooftop bar has great views! However, be prepared for a chaotic check in. We read the check in time as “3pm” but the hotel explained that means “starting at 3pm” and can extend until….. (I’m not sure how late). There was a long line of people waiting to check in and all were told that their rooms weren’t ready and there was no way to know when they would be. After a long day of traveling, all we wanted was to get into our rooms and this was not an option. The hotel also did not provide an easy way to know when your room is (finally) ready… you have to keep going back to stand in line. The rooms are great but not sure they offset this major inconvenience.

The bed was terrific. The front desk staff very helpful. There was no concierge that I saw. Buffet breakfast was very very good. However the room for two people was VERY SMALL and so was the bathroom. Big drawbacks. No where to put luggage or bathroom items.

Great loacation and service!

Service was great and staff was friendly. Terrific breakfast!! Only complaint was air conditioner didn't work. A/C not a big deal in September but it might be another time. I think the A/C was isolated incident. The location was great for tourists too!

The hotel was very nice but the front desk people had no idea the F1 race was in town. That seemed really weird since the hotel was hosting a sponsor for F1. They need some training. They did not have an iron or US plugs. Domenico was great and helpful along with the belhops.
