I expected more than positive rates but my family was dismayed. Location wise yes super accesable, they check in us super late, price we paid is not f worth it we are so so tired from trip yet we waited so long to check in. No sympathy, phone need to be updated not working, our room from 9th floor not sounds proof ended up migraines, bathroom not really clean. we ask fro ice cubes no one arrive to help us. 4/10 rates.

Stunning hotel!

The hotel is beautiful, we had a room that opened up to a terrace and it was stunning. It was clean and the shower was lovely! It’s in a central location so close to main shopping areas. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in! Staff were really friendly as well

The Best of Experiences ..

From the moment we checked in we knew we were at the best place. The staff were amazing , always friendly and ready to help . This was a special occasion for this family trip . A wedding aniversary . The manager at "The Roof" restaurant was the best , making us welcome , feel at home and understanding of everything we needed , even when we did not know ourselves ! He was the perfect HOst. The food was excellent and the advice in choosing was very helpful. I travel lot and stay in many Hotels, it would be hard to beat Dei Cavlieri . Thank You to all who made our stay the best .

We spent 5 nights in a suite at the hotel and had a lovely time. The hotel is conveniently located about 2 blocks from the Duomo, which made it easy for us to walk to local attractions and restaurants. The restaurant & bar on the roof were also quite good and provided great views of the city. The staff were very friendly and provided great recommendations.
