I really enjoyed staying at Hotel Dore. It’s in the Carlos Buenos Aires location with many dining and shopping options. The Metro is very close.

Hotel is very conveniently located in the center of Milano. Room and facilities are decent, clean and well maintained. Very good breakfast. Staff is ok, altough late checking out (even just one hour and paying) seems to be an unsolvable problem. Fares are extremely overpriced, but that is a common issue in Milano.

The person at the check-in acted very uninterested in customer service. After demanding to see my childrens’ passports, demanded to almost double the price of our stay, stating that the ages have been incorrectly registered during the booking. Their recommendation was to go find another place if I disagreed, which I did. Abysmal customer centricity, unaware that the times have changed. My advice, find a different place and just stay away.

The property was great. The receptionist was very rude. Even he was not happily welcomed. He didn't explain anything about the property. When we were going out, he needs a key but the way he asked for key was very rude, very very rude. When we tried to talk to him he just ignored. 2nd, In the breakfast, they didn't have a enough stuff to eat. Like, there was only one piece of cheese, where as we were two people. On asking, the same receptionist said, yes it finished but the point is we were paid for that. So, it's not fair.

everything was ok ..but when you keave the hotel you have to leave your key at the front desk ..i asked why..didnt really get a answer ..i have never in my life had to leave your key at front desk when leaving the building

Clean and functional. It is 15-20 mins walk from the station depending on if you have heavy bags or not! And despite what they tell you in the desk, it is not a 10 min walk to the Duomo. 35-40 is more like the real time but along a great shopping street. (Or 5 stops on the metro).

This hotel is lovely, clean, and comfortable for Americans. The staff are all very friendly and the breakfast is very good. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable.
