The room was small but as a single bed room I knew it was going to be. The room was clean and tidy along with the bathroom which was bigger than expected. The hotel is in a great location and the breakfast was great! Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location is about 5-7 minute walk from the Milano Centrale train station and was very convenient. All the attractions can be accessed easily. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Hotel Flora during a short stay in Milan. This hotel has a great location to the Milan Central Train Station and Metro station as well, so it's easy to get around. The neighborhood is clean and safe with small markets/convenience stores and good restaurants close by. The hotel was clean and well maintained, our room was nice and well appointed. Our particular room had a sewer smell coming up the main drain in the bathroom (ensuite) that really needs to be addressed, but other than that, our stay was comfortable.

It is a clean hotel, very convenient because it is very close to the train station, so you don’t need to walk a long distance with your suitcase. Nice and quiet. Small bathroom, common in Europe so not a big deal. The only thing is that the bed and pillows are so hard for my preference :( In general, it was good.

Despite a much smaller room than the usual, we enjoyed our stay. The staff is nice and helpful. We really enjoyed the daily breakfast. A lot of healthy choices. The hotel is very close to the main train station which was so accessible to travel to nearby cities.
