Room was smaller than expected but still had everything we needed. The shower could have been cleaner. The staff in the breakfast area were not the friendliest. Overall, our experience was fine, but I wouldn’t rush to recommend Hotel Flora.

This hotel is a well located to the main train station and not far from the old part of Milan by foot or transport. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good!

The hotel is located in an excellent area at a walkable distance of the Milan Train Station. The room and bathroom were neatly clean. Good air conditioning and comfortable bed. My only issue was that when we arrived at 10:20PM the reception staff were having a discussion within themselves, not even a good evening was given to my family, because they were concerned with their issues. So I told my family to sat down until they finished with their discussion eventually we’ve got attended. Once on our room the TV remote control wasn’t working so I called reception and the receptionist asked me to take the remote control to him, he replaced it with an other remote, once I went back to the room that one didn’t worked either and when I opened it batteries were corroded. So I went back to him and told him his solution was to put the batteries of the first control to the second one and I told him, because I was very tired, nevermind if they didn’t worked on the first control why would they work on the second one. He said, that he didn’t had additional batteries without much interest, so, I told him, whenever you have the control fixed I will use it, so tonight I will not watch TV, maybe tomorrow. So what I’m trying to say here is that no big effort was taken from the staff to help or there were lacking of things that could solve simple solutions like for example batteries. And not much interest either at least from this person. The other staff were more interested in helping.

Very disappointing stay. The staff were rude and unwelcoming when we arrived late at night. The room didn’t have a kettle or coffee, and when we asked, they gave us a broken one. Service was poor and not friendly at all. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, it really made my experience in Milan worse.

Very clean room in the heart of Vernazza. We had a street view and not a water view which was fine. We were in the room to sleep only. Our room had a large number of steep steps to climb (no elevator) so if you’re not in good shape you may want to consider a different option. The blue hiking trail was a few feet away which enabled us to go to the other towns on foot and see the villages from above. Plenty of great food options in town, and a perfect spot to see the sunset was less than a 5 minute walk. Loved every second of it.

Clean room, big by European standards, a few blocks from Milan Centrale. The area was quiet at night, but many restaurants around. Totally safe area and definitely walking distance to the Duomo (Milan Cathedral) and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. I have no regrets staying here at all. Easy to arrive and leave too.

The property was a hop, skip, and jump from the main train station. I just walked over there with my luggage. Super easy to find. Great A/C. I had a cute small room that was newly renovated, cozy, and comfy. Nice TV and desk area. Great breakfast. Nice staff. Convenient and walkable to all, including Metro which is 5-minute ride to Duomo and all the shops and restaurants there. Great find. Wonderful place for solo or business travellers.

I loved staying at the Hotel Flora! It was the best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time. I don’t believe I’ve ever stayed in a hotel with such EXCELLENT customer service! The staff is AWESOME!! BIG shout out and thanks to Karim for excellent restaurant recommendation and reservation. And, Sebastian…what can I say?!? This guy is the ABSOLUTE best, most friendly, helpful, and personable man you will ever meet ANYWHERE!! GRAZIE Sebastian! You ROCK customer service!! Great stay and great location

Overall stay is great, the only thing worth to comment is a bit dust in the corners and windows that triggered a bit of an allergy, deep clean every so often would be good. In general it was clean, bed was nice, breakfast excellent and staff was great. good locations but the issue with the train station pick pockets and the graffities every where this city shall shine and is not the case
