Pros, close to Milan Central, 24h front desk, clean, quiet, lots of good places to eat. Cons, uncomfortable bed, noise from other rooms (not a problem for me, but I can see it being a problem in high season).

The hotel is next to the major train station, accessible by metro and bus. Breakfast offers a wide range of options, Marina is very warm and friendly. Romeo too has been very helpful. Generally we had a great stay in Milan.

Property was lacking basic things in a hotel such as a coffee maker or a kettle. Had to request for a kettle so we can make tea and coffee. There’s an odd in the bathroom that lingered the entire week we were there. Plus side: very close to the train stations,restaurants the duomo and the galleria.

Very competent hotel. Quick service at the front desk for check-in. Have been staying at these hybrid airbnb/hotel kind of places recently and it was nice to stay at this hotel where I don't need to arrange with the "staff" when I show up. 24 hour desk and no bs. Would stay again. It's very convenient to Centrale if you are flying out the next day.

Convenient and pleasant

Very well located near by the central station and the metro, lovely ambiance in the lounge and the single room that I had was quite spacious with a lovely bathroom but needed some extra deep cleaning around the shower area. Very efficient and polite staff. I would return.
