Excellent location! However, being on the second floor makes it very noisy since you are across from Centrale! Room was nice but sink and shower were clogged on the first night! Staff were helpful and fixed it. Temperature in the room was fixed to a very high 25.5 Celsius and you could not change it! The air circulation was not that great, even on manual setting!

AC Heating making room like a sauna
Amazing room and breakfast was incredible for the price. Main issue was the AC screen in the room didn’t work and was unable to turn off the heating making my room feel like a sauna without the window open. This made me wake up in the night twice due to being too hot. Apart from that amazing stay

The staffs here there good and helpful, but the facility itself needs more maintenance. The first night we stayed there, the room temperature couldn’t be lower than 30C, we had to turn off the ac. The second night, we changed to another room, the bathroom sink was clogged, the water went down extremely slow, the staff came to check but couldn’t do anything because the worker had been off duty. We had to turn off the water time to time during the shower to make sure it wasn’t going everywhere.

Great Hotel, we have stayed there a number of times now. It’s really close to the Central Station for easy transport in from the Airports (we usually use a bus which stops at the side of the central Station) but it’s also really close to the underground, a short ride on the M3 and you’re in the Centre of Milan. The hotel itself is clean and quiet with very good staff. Rooms are very good, from the basic room to the superior rooms, not done a suite yet, but they look good on the website. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a couple rather than a family.

Great staff and large bed. Hotel room is very average. You don’t even get a coffee maker or coffee/tea. The mini bar is ridiculously overpriced. You don’t even get so much as a bottle of water with the room.

Convenient and comfortable stay in Milan
It is definitely very convenient as the train station is just across the road. The view from the room is amazing as I got the one that faces the station. Thing to note is that, this hotel has a mini fridge but not a kettle in the room for us to boil water.

The hotel is very conveniently located right in front of the Central Station. The room had a fantastic view of the station, which added to the experience. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of food, including hot dishes, so there was something for everyone to enjoy. The staff were friendly and approachable, and despite several calls to the reception to deal with minor issues in our room, the staff were always willing to help and resolve the issue with a smile. Their patience and service really deserve a thumbs up.
