Conveniently located by the central train station, though you can definitely hear some traffic noises. The hotel seems dated, and our room's shower door doesn't work very well.

Ilaria was the best! She gave us great directions and dinner recommendations! She could not have been more welcoming. The hotel is just across the plaza from Milano Centrale—perfect location. Wonderful stay!

Overall this hotel was overpriced. Convenient location for Milan central station & special mention to the awesome shower. But overall it was overpriced. We were expecting something a little more well kept & luxurious for the price. But it was tired & basic.

The rooms were good, the breakfast buffet is it pricy but it is worth every euro. The staff was nice, particularly Angie, she speaks Spanish and it was a plus for us. The location is really convenient just crossing the street from the train station.

Nice clean, lovely smelling room, good sized bathroom, comfortable bed. Walking distance, like 450m from Milano Centrale train station and 12 minutes drive from Duomo Cathedral.

Average hotel close to the train station

Checkin was ok. However i paid my city taxes on arrival but staff was side tracked and didnt mark ut off ao they trued to ask for ut on checking out so always ask for reciept of payment. Room was nice loved tge big deep bath. Requested a kettle and some tea bags and sone ice which was promptly bought to room. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok had enough variety to get anyone through the day. Lifts are very slow we had one not working so alot of pressure on the ones that were working. Basic checkout other than being asked for the city taxes again lucky tge staff memeber that i paid them to was working that day and confirmed i had paid. We were able to have our bags held as we had a late train which was good however when we returned to collect them they had a bus load of people arrive and trying soneobe to get our bags out was a nightmare, almost missed our train, lucky ut us so close to the train station. Overall just an average hotel.
