Excellent staff was very friendly and even arranged and reserved my taxi back to the airport. Breakfast offerings better than other hotel breakfast offerings I’ve had in Italy. The air conditioning was not very strong and housekeeping turned it off every time they came to clean the room.

Great place quiet and calm and 6 minute walk to Metro. Friendly staff and nice. Night shift Joshua was supportive. Front Desk Maria was awesome and great. She helped and explained local shopping areas locations, negotiated for Taxi price to Airport and gave lot of info , Thanks to her.

The rooms was nice for the one night stay for three people and the staff was great. We also love the breakfast that was included it was delicious. The staff was super friendly.

It's easy to get to from the metro and a really good little hotel. The nice size - for Europe - room was clean, had good bedding, toiletries, and a nice variety of breakfast foods. The staff all speak wonderful English and they're pet-friendly.

The hotel staff is very nice! When I needed a kettle, she borrowed one to me. Since my room was near the lobby, there was some noise. It was the only matter when I stayed in there.
