Very nice place to stay!
Very good place to say. Close to shopping and safe neighborhood to walk. Close to train station! The staff was nice and helpful. Had a pizza for lunch, very good for!

A Gem of a Hotel in Milano Centrale
Easily my 20th stay at this very conveniently located and quiet and very comfortable hotel. Close walk to shopping in Montenapoleone, the Duomo and charming Brera.

The air conditioning did not work properly. The room was infested with bugs. Bugs in the bed, bathroom and walls, even though we kept the windows shut at all times. They have balcony lights that cannot be shut off which bothered my sleep at night. Terrible rooms and stay. Not sure how this hotel has 4 stars, should be a two star hotel.

The elevator was very small and there was always a line up, the breakfast was not good, the hot water was very cold in my room, the internet was really weak, I will never go there again and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Nice hotel , convenient location. Breakfast chaotic , items not being replenished and tables not cleared . One waitress spilled the juice she was refilling , floor was soaked juice splashed up my legs and dress , she just left it and walked off , no apology . She then brought more juice , walked through the spillage and still left it !

I’ve stayed at this property many times over the years - however, this time I felt the property was in need of a lot of upgrade and repair. The first room they put me in had water damage on the ceiling, cracked wall/plaster and was quite old. The bathroom service goods were worn and faded. The WiFi signal kept dropping out. They moved me to another room on my 2nd day and it was much better - but still needs an upgrade. One of the elevators was broken down (with the panel hanging off the wall) and the lobby elevator panel was taped onto the wall at one point. The rooms are not sound proofed, so I could hear the housekeeping vacuum, other rooms hair dryers each morning and the garden restaurant noise each night. The location is excellent- directly across from a beautiful park and close to great restaurants, shopping and sites. I continue to stay there due to the convenience, but will likely change my plans next time I’m in Milan.

Avoid
I come to Milan 4x a year and decided to try this hotel because of the location. This is not a 4 star hotel. Some of the rooms are very old and some are updated. You don’t know which room you will get. The food is not good. I had to send it back. They can’t even make a decent expresso at breakfast.
