Property was close to the train station and there was no issue with a very late check in. Staff was helpful, room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast. However, there was no soap in the shower or toilet paper on the roll. The shower faucet had a metal part come off that nearly hit my foot. I would not return here.

The hotel was easy to find, close to the train station, quiet, clean, and the surrounding areas felt safe with plenty of restaurants around. The bed was a bit hard but not a big deal.

We only stayed for one night and chose the hotel for its location near to the Grand Centrale station. The brigt colurs shown on the website must have been photographed a few years ago and the roller shutter on the window didn't leave a good impression. The surrounding area wasn't great although there were plenty of dining options

Overall very good. Only negative experience encountered when checked out; we were unfriendly treated by the gentleman at the front desk. We asked to apply the hold/deposit payment to the balance payment . He reacted very impatient, disrespectful and unprofessional 😢

Best hotel for family with kids

Wonderful stay with our kids. We got a triple sharing room. Plus points are elevator, comfortable bed, bidet, good breakfast, snacks in the afternoon at the lounge and the lobby has a foosball and animal decorations. Complimentary water bottles on your first day only.

Fabulous

Mostly a good stay, however, my room was small and when I notified the staff that my shower drain was clogged, they didn’t fix it. Also, maids left my door unlocked after going in every single day.
