We stayed at this property solely because we had a 6am flight out of MXP. The family rooms have a bunk bed for the kids. It is very clean and convenience. Since we wouldn't be able to take advantage of the free breakfast, the staff prepared a "takeaway" breakfast the night before so that we had lots of food options. The shuttle starts at 4am and is free and timely.

The staff at the front desk were super helpful in getting us a shuttle to and from the airport in a timely manner. The room was spacious and spotless. Very surprised because the price was fantastic (included a very nice breakfast).

Beside offering a shuttle to Malpensa, the great surprise was the incredible restaurant onsite. On a Tuesday evening it was full of locals. We enjoyed one of our best Italian dinners of the entire week on our final night!

There’s nobody at the reception to help with luggage. There’s nobody in the early morning to help if something goes wrong The rooms on the 3rd floor have slanted ceilings and I hit my head - I’m only 5ft It’s bare basics but clean

The check in was fine. I stayed here a week ago & my room was perfect. This room is on another floor with a different layout. The shower door will not stay closed so water runs on the bathroom floor. Also the towel rack leaks ( it is heated) so that creates excess water on the floor. The thermostat will not stay down when you adjust it.
