Very poor front desk service. The bald gentleman seemed like he was doing me a favor checking me out of 3 rooms. Very unfriendly. The property is not 5 stars. The restaurant is closed and so was the bar. The area around the elevator and common area lights turned off. Very un-inviting. The AC in my room didn’t work properly and there was street construction outside the hotel. Please tell your guests line all other hotels do that the restaurant is closed and so is your bar. Modify your Expedia description. I never companion. Ever. This one I do for my fellow travelers. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The place is nice but not enough plus etc in rooms to charge things. Staff were generally not very friendly although I would like to shout out Lorenzo who was the highlight of the hotel and was friendly. The area is great and everything is close. Felt more like 3-4 star than 5

Few steps to the metro station, convenience location. Room is clean. Front desk is not friendly nor welcoming, staff at the breakfast seem too busy to help with the guest. Poor sound proof of the room, you can hear the guest conversations and TV playing. Very small washrooms.

This five-star hotel does not have a restaurant. However, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was great. The area where the hotel is located has road construction. Parking is expensive because the hotel is very close to the old town. The staff was friendly and competent.
