Teeny tiny room with even smaller bathroom. Chair had no leg pads so when scraped across floor very loud plus when room above moved chair very loud. Hair dryer from the 60’s. Price of minibar different from what desk charges you. Kept my passport even though I was at desk several times. Tripped going to br.

Good value, clean.

The room was very clean. The AC worked GREAT and we had it cranked up. Bathroom was a bit cramped but it had everything we needed and was super clean. Appreciated the staff. They were just wonderful and very helpful. The building is older and needs some TLC but everything in our room worked great.

Although in a good neighborhood, The property is located across for a large prison and has large neon signs the shine into the room making it difficult to sleep. Furniture was old and stained. There were ants in the room and mold in the shower. Fine for the price, but not super comfortable

The room is extremely small, with no iron or basic amenities provided. The phone in the room doesn’t work, which made it inconvenient to contact the front desk. Overall, the stay didn’t feel worth the price paid.

Good location and everything you might wanna do is walkable but rooms are really outdated, I couldn’t get either of my adapters to fit into any of the plugs and I’ve used them all over Italy previously, had to finally force one of the adapters in so I could charge any of my devices, i found hairs all over the bed and sheets, the aircon doesn’t work and there’s no fans in the room so if you come when it’s hot be prepared to sweat it out and finally the shower flooded the bathroom every time I used it for more than 3 to 5 minutes so I had to keep turning it on and off to drain before turning it on again - it’s cheap, liveable and good location but don’t expect much

When I first arrived, I asked the guy at the counter if he speaks English or Spanish. He only spoke to me in Italian, so I muddled through. He kept my passport for 20 minutes while I waited in the lobby for him to finish the paperwork, and in the meantime other people walked in and he spoke to them in English. After standing around for another 10 minutes I asked how much longer he'd need our passports and he said he was already finished and fished it out from behind his desk. While in the bedroom my dad fell in the small shower when he tripped on the shower curtain, which drags on the floor. My bed was missing a leg, so when I sat down the bed tipped towards the wall.
