Really nice hotel and highly recommended to stay

I stayed in a lovely room that reminded me of a four-star hotel—neat, clean, and comfortable—with very friendly and helpful staff. I especially enjoyed the beautiful glass elevator. Everything was just a 15-minute walk away. However, I did encounter some difficulties with the air conditioning; it seemed to be centrally controlled, and we couldn't adjust it ourselves, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. I believe some improvements there would make the stay even better. Overall, the staff's kindness truly made a difference, and I appreciated their efforts. They even packed my breakfast because i had a early flight.

The room itself was fine, but the bathroom, particularly the shower was not pleasant. The shower door was opaque with lime scale and the tiling was was covered in mildew. It really needed a proper cleaning! Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

I didn’t like the neighborhood, a park next to this place full of strange people. The equipment is really poor and the hotel is old. Rooms look very unpleasant, the hallway smells like old dirt carpet. The worst was the man at the front desk for checkin and checkout, very unfriendly person

Tight family quarters

1 night stay over in Milan’s before flying home. Good location and walkable to great restaurant for dinner. Beds were comfortable. Hotel walls were very thin and so the room was noisy - both from rooms next door and upstairs and the lobby door bell below. Breakfast was the worst breakfast of our trip to Italy - limited pastry selection and quality of pastries were dry with fillings barely noticeable; very limited selection of meats, cheeses and fruit. Would not recommend this hotel.
