This property is very convenient and clean . It’s with in the Center of Milan . Close to Milan Centralle a € 10 taxi . And the Metro station Loreto stop is right beside the bldg. Staff were very helpful . Breakfast is good typical Italian . Just watch out for the Taxi if you have early flight or something . The first Taxi came that the receptionist called have a second person on it . Me and my husband were both confused . I told The receptionist ( i forgot his name ) that were not comfortable to ride the Taxi . He didn’t see it coz he’s on the receptionist table. When both the driver and the other person get in and asked why we won’t take the ride I told him that we are not comfortable ( it’s 6 am) . He keep on asking why and a little aggressive . Thank God the receptionist the receptionist was there and explained . But it end up arguing coz the driver insist . And they said they are not bad guys and the receptionist have all the taxi details ( that’s one of the requirement if u asked for them to call for taxi, they will get the full details just in case ) .they keep on saying that the meter is this and that so I end up paying €10 so they can leave and get another taxi . we need to be at the train station by 6:30 to catch our train . So be careful , look carefully who’s in the vehicle before you load in your luggage . Good thing my husband was outside checking and me stayed inside with our luggage.

The first night in this hotel was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had (and I’ve travelled all over the world). The street noise was unbearable — I could barely sleep and even considered checking out at 2 a.m. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, so after every shower the whole room filled with steam. The AC wasn’t working, and I was told the building’s central system had been switched to heating mode due to colder weather in Milan. The next day, the staff moved us to a quieter room, and our stay improved significantly — the AC there worked perfectly in cooling mode. To be fair, the staff were friendly and helpful, but I wish they had been honest about the AC situation from the start.

Milano overnight

Very helpful staff who directed us to a lovely restaurant within walking distance. The hotel is walking distance from Milano Centrale train station and very well appointed. An excellent stay.

There was a reception lady , I don’t know her name but she was Italian with glasses and a bit short(so sorry to say that, please don’t get offended),She was absolutely super nice and lovely , very welcoming and so polite. I wish I knew her name ❤️ . Hotel was clean , I didn’t like the breakfast staff,it felt like there were standing and watching us ,what we are eating!!! And also there was a night , that I asked hot water from reception, he mentioned no we won’t serve in cups while a night ago ,I got it with cup and I was so confused with miscommunication. Overall it is close to metro station but full of homeless people and looks like gang people around! We were like a group of four which it was fine , but I won’t recommend this place if you are going to stay alone.

This hotel is well located in the city of Milan with a consistent front desk service. They were incredibly helpful as we were leaving with our bags and the rooms itself are clean, spacious and modern. The breakfast in the morning was also fresh. Highly recommend.

Loved this place. Nice location, a min walk from the Metro, lots of nice stores around and the hotel was nice and clean. No complaints. :)

This place is horrible. The hotel might be close to a train station, but there are train stations everywhere. The area is full of drug users and homeless people. The smell is awful. The room was spacious and the only good thing. But the sheets and pillows smelled like mold. The receptionist was always guaranteed to be completely unhelpful. When asked about recommended breakfast places, he said “there are plenty of bars and food around.” Obviously, that’s why we are asking about a recommendation. We were always received with hostile attitude when asked a simple question. I don’t expect class a treatment, but I also don’t allow others to treat me like an inconvenience and a nuisance when I ask for an extra blanket. Don’t recommend at all. Unless being treated like an untrained dog is your thing.
