Cleaning crew did a great job everyday. Water and coffee are provided in the room. Unfortunately, every room has intense neon lighting at the windows that turns on automatically every night at 1am. Being jet-lagged, that was unfortunate. When asking the staff to deactivate it, they didn’t help. Rooftop bar was temporarily closed during our stay, which was not communicated to us prior.

Great location close to central train station. Rooms are tiny and cleaned every 3 days. The bed sheets had a strong smell of chlorine. Area outside feels unsafe.

This hotel is super close to the train Station. Walkable with your luggage. just make sure you are exiting the correct side of the station. Exit directly in the front where the big white apple is and cross the street on your right side. I made a mistake and went the wrong direction on the first day. location is quite. Walkable to shopping about 1.5 miles away. staff were friendly and nice. Hotel was clean.

Great choice for our first night after flight from US. Convenient location close to train station and central Milan sights. Property is in good condition, super cool rooftop bar. Room was decent sized by European standards. Breakfast was a nice assortment, filled us up for a busy day on the road. I want to say that the staff were all great. Especially the door guys and the bar staff. I would recommend this hotel.

At first we thought that the hotel and staff was really nice. But I got stuck in the elevator for over 20 mins and they couldn’t figure out how to open the doors. Finally the elevator just started moving on its own and the staff had no clue what happened and how I was able to get out. To me this was not a safe situation. If I was not with my husband I would have lost it as there is no fan or vent in the elevator which made it worse. I am extremely claustrophobic and being in that situation for over 20 minutes was traumatic. The hotel sent a box of macaroons to apologize and said they would take care of our cab rides to the airport the next morning but that didn’t happen. I thought that was the least they could do.
