I want to go back already!
Just amazing - staff were incredible couldn’t do enough for you very attentive. Even chasing after us to give us an umbrella in the outing rain! Room was perfect. The guys in the restaurant 1st class service and very funny! Rooftop bar is really funky and a welcome addition if not wanting to go into the centre of Milan every night. Well done Hyatt!

The staff was very attentive and helpful The bedrooms were incredibly small-think smaller than Paris. It's very close to main train station but about 1hr from international airport and 15 minutes or so from the major sites good breakfast but not included in room cost nor is the spa so it was a bit misleading.

The rooms are really small and the hotel is really average. Only one elevator was working. One positive thing is all the drinks in the mini fridge are free and they refill the drinks for you daily.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. One of the best hotels I stared in Italy. Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The room was very good and comfortable. Clean and with all essentials.
