Very convenient and pleasurable hotel. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is fresh and everything tastes great. The shower is good and the bed is comfortable. The area is very convenient and walkable The staff are pleasant to deal with- definitely would stay here again

Lovely hotel, close to the train station, we were told our booking got cancelled by Expedia as I had requested to cancel 1 out of the 2 we booked, but apparently both were cancelled but no email or message from Expedia. We got told they had no rooms avaliable, but after showing reception my bookings of 1 cancelled and 1 confirmed, they did call someone to find a solution and we did manage to get a room to stay in. Helpful staff, other time I left my hotel key in the room and they managed to sort it straight away. Would stay again and recommend, clean and spacious rooms.

Great but doesn’t have the amenities of a 4-star
Very convenient, across the street from the Milan Centrale railway station. The hotel is new and clean. However it is not a 4 star hotel, it is an excellent 3-star hotel. To be rated 4-stars, it should have amenities such as hair conditioner in the shower, slippers and robes etc., which it lacked.
