It was perfect location for Malpensa airport, the hotel bus transfers were easy from the hotel to the airport and only €5 per person but we couldn't find it for getting to the hotel so paid €15-20 per trip in taxi

Hotel needs to invest in rooms and bathtub safety

Near MXP. Large hotel with self parking. Looks well kept, however, rooms are dated and mattress and pillows extremely hard. Had neck and back aches. Only one sheet between me and stained mattress. No bed bugs found. Staff extremely nice and professional. Asked for extra sheet and softer pillow. Had a high step in tub with no shower curtain. Advised hotel they need to install anti-slip strips as I slipped badly four times. Would put a towel in tub for safety. Had to use one bath towel to mop up floor. Room was clean and very basic. Breakfast was good except they leave out yogurt and butter without refrigeration. Gave me stomach problems. Need to refrigerate all dairy! Airport shuttle available for small per person fee (minors free) every 30 minutes. Nothing in walking distance except an extremely good restaurant with a two minute walk. Recommend reservations or going early. Paid Euro500 for two nights. Gas station on road to airport to refuel. Crazy priest who rings church bells next door until late. Said city cannot do anything. Ask for room on opposite side which I could not hear them. Countryside views. Based on condition of mattress and pillows, no bed protector, and dangerous tub, I would not stay again and give 1 Star. Front desk staff 5 Star for great attitude to help. 5 Star to cafe and cleaning staff for their efforts. Although, please refrigerate your dairy!

They did not put me in booked superior room with bathrobes as advertised on your site, but the room itself was very good, maybe a bit worn and the safe did not work. I also did not like the chaid, which was very cold to sit on. Everything else wad really good: receptionists, wending machines, breakfast, proximity to the airport, transportation options, location, peace and quiet and the price. If you want to have a city break this is a far better option than to pay double price for a much worse hotel in Milan.

A convenient hotel close to Milan Malpensa airport. We arrived tired and hungry, at about 8pm, we didn't want a meal just a sandwich or similar. We asked at the bar and they supplied a small bowl of crisps and peanuts , not great when you haven't eaten all day

Great location if you need to be close to the airport. A great bonus, that breakfast was served starting 5am. Was great to have breakfast before my early morning flight. Airport shuttle is very convenient, and was only €5

Stopped here for two nights in between our stay going to Sicily. The hotel is OK. The service is excellent, the restaurant has excellent options. The beds aren’t that comfortable and the room was hot but overall I would stay again as it’s close to the airport.

It was fine. Excellent restaurant nearby!

Front desk gave excellent service. The exterior of the hotel almost looked post Soviet block. Older neighborhood but was safe. Room was dated but clean. Funny point. There was a restaurant not 50 m down the street. That was the best place we’ve eaten at since we have been in Italy! Restaurant is Samarcanda👌😘

Could not connect with the hotel van from the airport to the hotel. Made several phone attempts and no answer. Had to take a costly taxi for a five minute drive. Hotel stated that the number we were calling was to the driver but those were the directions stated on the their site. Staff at the hotel were pleasant.

Reasonably priced and near airport. Handy airport shuttle (look on website for number to phone / where to find as confusing at airport). Only 1 pillow in hotel, unhelpful receptionist when asked for another. Asked me to come down to reception & hung up while I was speaking to tell me I couldn’t get one as the cleaning staff had gone home.
