There are no perks for this property. Breakfast is 18 euros when it should be included. Especially after our stay. I spent 225 euros to stay at a hotel with cloth curtains on the shower, not enough towels for everyone, and a bed that wasn’t even comfortable or made up correctly. On top of all of that we were woken up to what sounded like a violent altercation in the room next door at 1 AM in the morning.

The staff were excellent! The hotel itself was clean, modern and stylish. I booked multiple rooms for a stag do group. We had to make changes on the fly and deal with some things going wrong. The staff were excellent and very helpful in the lead up and throughout our stay.

This hotel is a must when you visit Milan. The whole building and our room were great! We were so tired after our flight but the staff managed to check us in our room before the 2 pm, which was fantastic! Everything was perfect - would recommend!!

I love how modern the property looked. This was my first solo trip to Italy and I wanted to use the metro system as my main source of transportation. I love that this hotel was about a 2 minute walk to the metro and very walkable with local restaurants, shops, and even a grocery store. The staff and check in process was very pleasant and it was a bonus that my room was ready before the official check in time.

Basic hotel with very limited dining options which were poor in quality. Area is not nice and felt a little unsafe at night. Rooms have very thin walls so you hear everything, even light switches being turned off and on.
