Convenient, clean… I was surprised about the tourists fees per person per day. For 5 people for 3 days it ended up being an additional 105 euros.

There was not iron board in the room, no water ,no coffee and hot water kettle in the room make a cup or tea,We did not get much information from the staff when we checked in.However the staff was good and really enjoyed the breakfast. Furthermore, this hotel is a good option to explore Milan as to get to the popular destinations it was easy as train stations are near the area which is only a maximum 15 minute walk and we were celebrating a birthday and the staff showed us great options to get sensational cakes.

It was good, modern, new, clean but still some areas under construction with dust. Should be good to add the service of coffee and tea and water at least at te room because the prices are expensive.

We hadn’t realised that the hotel had only opened in March. Unfortunately the frontage was still being worked on and we had to be directed to an alternative entrance as the entrance was closed off and was a work site. This changed before we left and cleared. The bar/restaurant area was modern with very attentive staff. We had dinner twice. The food was prepared quickly and was tasty and well presented. We didn’t try the breakfast, at 16 Euros each, we walked along the road to an excellent cafe. The room was modern with a large, comfortable bed and adjoining en-suite shower room with power shower. There was no instructions visible regarding what to do in the event of a fire. We couldn’t use a credit card in the bar and had to pay on departure at reception. The hotel was within 9 minutes of the Metro and about 17 minutes from the Central Station. There were no drawers for clothes though there was a hanging rail for clothes. A mini bar and safe in room. No welcome pack about the hotel services, although a QR code gave brief details, some information for places to visit for tourists would be good. The hotel suited us well for the 3 nights we stayed.

I was looking for an affordable hotel during salone which is imposible this was my option thinking I may was not going to get something very nice, it did exceed my expectations from clean, look, location, staff, the housekeeper, and as an interior designer the design and aesthetic amazing. It is under construction but it didn’t bother me I didn’t hear any noise whatsoever. Great highly recommend

Decent hotel, just noisy!

Good hotel for a short city break. Condition was good, just slightly basic but okay for a couple of nights. Our main complaint was the noise, not just of surrounding building works which we understand may be unavoidable, but also loud bangs from within the hotel before 6am. This was pretty consistent until we left for the day and made sleep pretty difficult.

It is a long walk of about 20 minutes from the railroad station. My room was quite small and the sheets are very rough. The staff is extremely helpful and the room was immaculate.

Not far from central easy transport links was able to get into duomo and como with easy from this location breakfast was good went above and beyond for me can’t fault it first time in Milan I will stay here when the price is right value for money probably the best

Fint hotel i Milano med gode rummelige værelser til familie på fire. Kunne godt have brugt at sengetøj blev skiftet en enkelt gang under opholdet da det kun er muligt at sidde i sengene når man er på værelset. Sengene meget hårde at sove i. Venligt personale.

Hotel novo, mas completamente despreparado

Infelizmente, minha experiência neste hotel foi bastante frustrante. Ao chegarmos, fomos surpreendidos por uma obra em andamento — o hall de entrada estava tomado por poeira e sujeira, algo totalmente incompatível com o que se espera de um local pronto para receber hóspedes. O quarto, embora novo, apresentava problemas sérios de conforto. A acústica era péssima: era possível ouvir conversas e ruídos tanto do corredor quanto dos quartos vizinhos, o que prejudicou muito a qualidade do sono. Além disso, a limpeza deixou a desejar — os amenities não foram repostos durante a estadia e as toalhas fornecidas eram de qualidade muito inferior, extremamente finas e desgastadas. Outro ponto negativo foi o atendimento: solicitamos um ferro de passar roupa e a resposta foi de que o hotel não oferece esse tipo de item aos hóspedes. Um serviço básico, mas que aparentemente não faz parte da estrutura do hotel. O único aspecto positivo foi o fato de a estrutura ser nova, mas isso não compensa a falta de preparo da equipe e a ausência de serviços essenciais. Não recomendaria e certamente não voltaria.

NOT RECOMMENDED !! The hotel is not ready at all. False photos for the double room, it’s much smaller, not a king bed as stated and the TV was faulty. No amenities in the room, water bottles in the fridge are charged 3€ with no label indication. The water overflows from shower due to bad fitting-out. The location is not very convenient and the area is not very nice.
