Fair Stay

The mattress on our bed was balled up from wear and tear and felt like sleeping on Peebles. When I complained to reception they said they couldn’t change the bed but would put and extra sheet on top. We were surprised to see there was no mattress protector under the sheets. Some lights did not work in the room and the door handle was falling off the bathroom door. There was also a motor noise than ran all night in the roof which was annoying. There also is no tea and coffee in the room The hotel is close to the central train station and is a modern and clean but the little things above were annoying

The room was exactly like the picture it was very nice and spacious, the bathroom was so lovely and was a perfect size for two and was clean. the staff were very accommodating also. The only difficulty i had was connecting to the TV since i could not put bluetooth on the tv or watch shows i wanted. however the location was so good with the metro so close by. it was a great stay for a couple nights.
