The lobby is gorgeous; however, our room was in another building. Although, the room had air conditioning, it never cooled enough to feel comfortable. The hallway felt like a sauna. The pool is not on the premises, rather it is a public pool a long walking distance away. It was too crowded to even get in.

Due to floods in Dubai & flight cancellations - had called the hotel to inform that will arrive the next day. They had given the room to someone and it was not ready when Murali arrived at the Hotel in the morning. In which case they should have refunded the cost for 1 day and not made us wait.
