Ok Hotel

The hotel was extremely noisy. The people above us were banging and jumping on the floor well past midnight and again at 530am. I couldnt find a phone to call the front desk. No waters and no fridge in the room. Food was ok.

Located in terminal 2. Friendly staff, excellent food, train station near by to go to city, and a terminal bus that takes you to the airport terminal 1. I would stay again at the Moxy.

The Moxy is very convenient as it’s next to Malpensa Airport Terminal 2 and a free 15 min shuttle ride (bus stop across the road) to Terminal 1. The hotel projects a relaxed modern eco friendly vibe and has a good selection of food, snacks and beverages semi-self service style, readily available in the lobby. The staff are helpful and efficient. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However it’s not a cheap hotel so I was expecting at least a bottle of complimentary water or a kettle for making tea and coffee in the room.

Great Staff

The desk staff at the hotel were superb! I had the unfortunate experience of having my wallet stolen and they were extremely helpful and supportive. My room was pre-paid however I was concerned about how to pay for my meals. Very kind and helpful!

This property is right next to Terminal 2 at the Milan Airport. It can be reached via the loop shuttle bus. The staff was super nice and accommodating. If you need to be close to the Milan Airport, it's a great choice. There's a bar and small restaurant in the hotel, the food was surprisingly excellent. The Milan Airport is close to nothing. However, there's a train station right across the street that takes you most places that you'd need to go, including Milan city center.

The staff were really lovely and the room was clean. However there are numerous unnecessary lights in the room, for example around the aircon - which stayed on all night and lighting under the bed which came on whenever one of us turned over . Didn't sleep at all. Also the food was terrible. Wouldn't stay again or recommend.
