Loved the property EXCEPT you could not control the temperature of the room. It was fixed at 76 degrees. Staff did bring a fan, but I was uncomfortable and warm the entire stay

Great airport hotel. Made a last minute booking after an overnight flight cancellation and the process was quick and easy. Hotel felt very new and clean, room had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Superb location for a traveler
Amazing location, right by where the train station ends and the airport terminal begins. There is also a bus shuttle stop 30 seconds walking distance from hotel entrance. Super convenient! This is all you really need to know. The rooms are fine, and so is the service. An ideal place to stay if you need to get some rest during your travels.

We stayed at the Moxy Milan Malpensa for 2 nights at the beginning of our Italy trip and then again the last 2 nights of our trip, October 2024. The staff are wonderful, accommodating of guests and have a great deal of knowledge about the area and transportation options. There is a bar in the lobby with food options and a full breakfast available at a reasonable cost given the variety of food. The Chef in the kitchen for dinner choices does a great job. The price point of the Moxy is good and more affordable than the hotel located in the Malpensa airport. The gentleman who checked us in on our first stay was helpful and kind. Barbara and Cristina were friendly, professional and great over both stays. Service exceeded our expectations and we would stay there again and highly recommend this hotel.

My first night’s room faced the trash bins and the trucks picking up trash and staff emptying bottles into the bins made it noisy. When I asked for a room not facing the trash receptacles, the supervisor accommodated me.

Great Stay
We were very pleased with the Moxy. Especially the fact that it had a Bar and restaurant area for us to chill in. We had a layover and it was the perfect spot for this. Also, the room was very nice and the bed great. Definitely would stay again in the States if they are here.

Basic room. Queen bed. Only two pillows and very few amenities. But for a quick sleep prior to a flight it’s a decent location. Free shuttle (airport shuttle not hotel shuttle) available across street to get to terminal 1. Hotel is located at terminal 2 - a surprisingly long way from terminal 1 (10 minute bus).
