Very happy about staying at this apartment on my own. Felt safe and communication with staff on point. Great location walkable to a lot of tourist sites. Some great little restaurants at end of street. If im ever back in Milan world definitely stay here again.

Milan retreats is an excellent choice for stay in Milan. They are very helpful informative and their luggage storage option at the cathedral is a bonus. They professional service and customer satisfaction is top notch. The apartment is very clean and comes with all amenities.

Its 550m from Milan Central station and comfortable for my family to stay 6 nights.. All our local tours and its buses start from Milan station. Great Chinese restaurants around. The only missing item are dresser mirrors in both rooms. Only 1 aircon remote control works. Soemehow, it managed to get the warm air for all rooms. It is a corner ground floot unit wirh the kitchen and main bedroom facing the refuse collection area. At 6-7am, it becomes noisy when the refuse are cleared. Other times were quiet. A bunch of keys were given when only 2 keys are necessary. And only 1 set was given. Bottled shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were great. Toilet seat was loose and needs tightening.

Property was great and was next to the train station. We only stayed here one night as we missed out evening train due to a late plane. Milan in general is my least favourite city in Italy but this hotel made it feel better.

Milan trip

Apartment was approx 10 mins from the train station, easy to find from owners directions. Clean and comfortable and plenty of room. We had 3 bedrooms all with en-suites. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to family and friends.

Great overall experience with this property...communication with Daniele was great...always making sure our stay was enjoyable. Property is located in a great area (financial district of milan) and close with walking distance to one of the major train stations in Milan (Porta Garibaldi Stazione). Apartment was very clean as well!

The place was quaint and clean. Loved the two separate bedroom and bathrooms. I preferred cooler air when sleeping and my friend preferred it warmer so that worked out perfectly. Our host checked on us daily which was a very nice gesture and allowed us to drop our bags before check in time due to housekeeping having to clean the property because the other guests just left. The only feedback was the bathroom I was in the shower spray was really slow and the water temperature would drastically change from hot to cold and vice versa without any adjustments made. Overall I’d recommend and stay here again.

Very nice place but terrible wifi

Very nice renovated suite. Very clean other than some long hairs on the comforter and floor. Terrible wifi that barely works half the time. Tiny showers despite how large the overall property is.

The apt.was easy to access. Inside was very clean and comfortable. Subway is across the street and clean and safe feeling. Lots of shopping around as well as food. Great place for our family!

The check in instructions and the Milan apartments team were very good. However the apartment that we stayed in at Via Benedetto Marchello 93 did not match the photos and was very dated. But it was clean. The apartment was in the back corner of a a larger apartment block in an area that was not very appealing. If you are arriving at night I would not stay at this particular apartment because you will find it difficult to locate the unit and the key box in the dark and it will not feel safe

It was a good choice for a family of four. Very near our friends at the Hyatt, the train station and metro lines to attractions and shopping. Restaurants and cafes on the same block were excellent as was the "food court" at the train station. There were some maintenance issues that they seemed eager to correct, so I hope they did. Apartment smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, but was supposed to be non-smoking. The A/C and washing machine worked great!

Great location !

Very conveniently located, just steps from central station in a safe area. The property was decent but a little dusty. Also, couldn’t understand why the AC was BEHIND the curtain ?! Rather frustrating overnight when it was post 30 degree temperatures ! The communication and host was great however.

Centrally located and a safe building. We booked this apartment at the last minute and they were very helpful. The apartment is quite large and spacious! Highly recommend.

very close to metro station and there is a small supermarket nearby. maybe a proper instruction on how to use the coffee machine. love the toiletries. the only thing there is no extra toilet paper. upon check in the floor has pool of water from the washing machine. They got it fixed immediately. The guy who fixed the washer has rubber shoes walking around the apartment.
