Amazing apartment in an amazing city.

An amazing apartment in an amazing city. The apartment was ideal for a family of five; close the city centre and transport links. The apartment had everything we needed, very clean and close to restaurants and a small supermarket. The customer service and communication was superb.

Communication was excellent. We were able to get to the apartment without any issue and had constant communication via WhatsApp with the management. Room was tricky to get into (new to us door knob lock code thing). They h provided all sorts of plates/cuos, espresso machine, toothbrushes… Very clean. We liked the neighborhood bcs it was not touristy whatsoever. We walked to the train station easily from the apartment to go back to the airport (10 min walk or so).

Excellent host was last minute booking everything went smoothly. Location was great close enough to walk to most places for us even though transport was near by. Our apartment was huge there was ample space for a family of 4 to spread out. Thanks for making it an easy check-in and a pleasant stay.

Good location for us. Close to train station and public transport. Felt safe. Ease of getting around town. Weird entrance to building. Definitely follow all the emails sent to locate but once in. Ok. We had a great stay in Milan, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. The owner was very helpful, reaching out in advance to confirm our arrival time. When we arrived, someone was already there waiting to check us in, which made everything so easy. They were friendly, informative, and a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is conveniently located—about a 15-minute walk or a 10-minute taxi ride from Milan Central Train Station. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Milan!

Milan Apartment 1/2 mile from train station

This is a charming apartment, perfect for our family vacation. Walking distance from the train station, which was very convenient for us. The host was extremely helpful and communicative. We would stay here again! Highly recommend!

Power in the entire apartment, went out the afternoon of our arrival. We could not get any response from management, despite reaching out via phone, text, WhatsApp and email. We did not have electricity restored until the following morning. We went all evening and night with no air conditioning and no electricity with three children. Communication was horrible with management. Their response was they did not respond to WhatsApp after 7:00 PM. Yet I have copies of where they responded via WhatsApp at 8 PM. And that is irrelevant, considering they did not respond to any other forms of attempted communication either. There were six of us staying, we were provided barely enough towels for each person. We had to request towels and housekeeping three times.

Very spacious unit with 2 bedrooms. Free wifi, washing machine… shower room is clean. Close to Republica Metro station… easy and safe check in instructions. We love it there.

Disappointing. Communication with manager was phone or message. Not ever face to face contact. Couldn’t get AC to turn on. Person came when I was away from apartment which was ok. AC was working when I returned but if you turned on an overhead light, a circuit breaker would turn off. When I made person aware there were ants, told it’s summer in Milan and they won’t hurt you. Shower door didn’t seal tight, had to mop up water off the floor. Told to leave key in lock box when I left which I did. When I went to exit the building, I couldn’t unlock the front door since I didn’t have a key. Had to wait for someone to enter the building. None of this should’ve happened-AC should’ve turned on with remote, circuit breaker shouldn’t be tripping, should’ve been spray or something to rid the ants, shower door leak should’ve been fixed. I wouldn’t stay here again.
